The attention-grabbing LVU group in Huddinge continues.
Sometime between June 17 and 18, the three children were taken abroad again, in violation of an exit ban, documents from the Södertörn district court show.
The person suspected of taking them out of the country is their mother, who recently received a lighter sentence in the Court of Appeal for a previous abduction.
After a short time abroad, the children have now returned to Sweden where they were taken into the care of the authorities, state prosecutor Elisabeth Anderson states.
She is otherwise reticent about details.
– The social service’s cooperation with authorities in another country meant that they could be brought back to Sweden, she says.
Arrested in his absence
The mother’s current whereabouts are unknown. During the spring, she stayed with the children in a sheltered accommodation, but in April the placement was cancelled. Through an agreement between her and the children’s father, she received custody of the children this year. The agreement was approved by the social committee in Huddinge municipality.
Now she is detained in her absence for the new abduction. She denies wrongdoing.
– I requested the person be detained in order to be able to issue a European arrest warrant and send an international wanted notice.
Risk of physical and psychological abuse
In a series of articles, Aftonbladet has examined the LVU mess in Huddinge municipality.
According to LVU, the three children were taken into care during 2024 and placed in an emergency home. The grounds for the care were risks of physical and mental abuse and lack of care. There were also reports that they lived in an honorable context. In March 2025, they were taken away from the care home by force and taken abroad. The mother was convicted of involvement in the abduction.
Through threats and ordered attacks, the children’s father is suspected of having tried to influence officials and politicians in the case remotely from Turkey.
As Aftonbladet previously told, the attacks ended after information about an agreement between the social services and the father. According to sources, it must have been part of a strategy to get the father to calm down.
Aftonbladet has also revealed how the children were previously placed with a relative of the father, despite the fact that there was information about an honorary context.
Aftonbladet has sought the mother’s defender. Huddinge municipality does not want to comment on the new abduction.
