A man has died in a traffic accident on the E22 near Mörrum in Blekinge, according to the police.
It was around 08.25 on Friday morning that the police were alerted to the single accident. The car the man was traveling in had driven into the median barrier of the road.
The man was taken to hospital in an ambulance and late in the evening the police announced that he had died.
The car has been taken into custody for a technical examination and the incident is being investigated as negligence in traffic.
