Al Hilal Saudi Club is aiming to conclude a resounding deal during the current transfer market, as it has expressed its full willingness to pay 170 million euros (about 184 million dollars) to sign the Brazilian winger Rafinha, the star of the Spanish club Barcelona, according to what was reported by the Brazilian newspaper Globo Esporte.
