Paris Saint-Germain striker Ousmane Dembélé confirmed that he did not suffer a serious injury when he left the field during his team’s match with England’s Arsenal in the Champions League final.

Regular time ended in a 1-1 draw, as German Kai Havertz scored for Arsenal early in the sixth minute.

But Dembele equalized for Saint-Germain in the 65th minute from a penalty kick.

Dembele suffered an injury at the end of the second half of the match, so he left in stoppage time for the second half, and Portuguese Gonzalo Ramos participated in his place.

This injury, which caused the player to appear upset during his substitution, worries the French national team and its coach Didier Deschamps, less than two weeks before the start of the World Cup finals in the United States, Mexico and Canada.

Dembélé is one of the prominent stars in the World Cup in general, and the French national team, as the star who won the Ballon d’Or last year represents, along with Real Madrid star Kylian Mbappe, a major attacking force for the French national team, which finished runner-up to the 2022 champions Argentina in Qatar.
