England–Ghana 0–0
England failed to win the second match of a major championship for the fourth consecutive time.
Despite a fairly uneventful match, there was some talk afterward. Among other things, about a missed penalty.
Panama–Croatia 0–1
Ante Budimir was substituted at half-time and scored the game’s only goal barely ten minutes later when he headed in a cross at the far post.
Croatia took three much-needed points as there was a loss in the opener against England.
Colombia–Congo-Kinshasa

Refused handshake with Partey
The 33-year-old Ghanaian midfielder Thomas Partey is charged with seven counts of rape in England. Four different women are plaintiffs. Before the match between Ghana and England, there was therefore speculation as to whether the English would refuse to shake hands with Partey.

Sweden trained again
After a day off, Blågult continued to recharge before the match against Japan, which will be played on the night of Friday. The team trained in Dallas and then there was a press meeting with Anthony Elanga, Gustaf Lagerbielke and Elliot Stroud.
