The video shows the adventurer trying to direct the parachute towards an open space to avoid colliding with vehicles or nearby residential areas, before he made an emergency landing on the road and hit the ground close to the passing cars.

Local accounts reported that the accident occurred in the Rayson area on the highway linking Chandigarh and Mandi, and that the paraglider was forced to perform this maneuver after a sudden change in the weather condition and wind direction prevented him from reaching the landing site designated for the paraglider.

According to Indian media, the emergency landing caused a temporary disruption to traffic on the highway, before drivers were able to stop their vehicles or slow down to avoid collision with the parachutist who fell on the asphalt, without serious injuries being recorded.
