Annika Berg’s lawyer believes that the claims are not true and that there was no reasonable basis for them, and that Joakim Lundell has not “taken sufficient measures to check the veracity of the information”. In addition, the information is said to have caused great damage to the mother’s privacy, as she is said to have received hate on social media, among other things.

Annika Berg is now applying for damages from her son of SEK 50,000, as well as compensation for court costs.

Joakim Lundell does not want to comment on the whole thing to Aftonbladet, but says in a post on his Instagram story that he received a demand letter a few weeks ago.

– Aha, it’s about money, forget it, he says and refers to what he was thinking then.

– I don’t pay 50,000 even if I could because I have told about what I experienced as a child. No way. It is completely absurd, he continues.

Lundell also says he wants to move on and not have to talk about his childhood anymore.
