Prosecutors have begun presenting their case in a dayslong preliminary hearing to determine if Tyler Robinson, the man accused of killing Charlie Kirk, will stand trial and possibly face the death penalty. NBC News legal analyst Angela Cenedella has details on the arguments prosecutors will have to make to bring the case to full trial in Utah.
