American pop singer Taylor Swift announced her marriage to American football player Travis Kelce, about a year after announcing their engagement last August.
Since the official announcement last summer, questions have escalated about the wedding date, its location, and the method the couple will choose to celebrate this occasion.

Despite complete secrecy regarding the details of the wedding, except for the statement issued by her media office on Friday evening entitled “We just got married,” American media revealed that the marriage contract took place in Madison Square Garden Hall in New York.
The choice of the hall to host the wedding surprised some, especially with expectations that the couple would head to a more private destination or a romantic location. However, holding the ceremony in this place provided a degree of privacy for the couple.
It was confirmed that the concert would be held in Madison Square Garden after many stars arrived in black cars to the hall under strict security measures amid a severe heat wave. The New York Police established a security fence around the site, while a large white tent was erected at the entrance designated for VIPs to block the view, while workers were seen raising giant curtains on the windows of the hall for the same purpose, while followers gathered outside the hall in an attempt to monitor the stars who attended the event and take a look at their views.
Among the stars attending: Tom Hanks, Steven Spielberg, Jason Sudeikis, Hugh Grant, Gigi Hadid, Bradley Cooper, Selena Gomez, Dakota Johnson, Camila Cabello, Gracie Abrams, Millie Bobby Brown and Ellie Goulding.
According to the press release issued by the star’s office, the wedding departed from some of the usual traditions, as there were no bridesmaids, and her brother Austin stood next to her, while Jason Kelsey, the groom’s brother, stood next to him.
The announced details revealed that the wedding dress was signed by Jonathan Anderson, creative director of Christian Dior.
No photos from the wedding have been published yet. However, reports quoted one of the guests as he left the wedding, saying that the night witnessed moments in which tears mixed with laughter and dancing. Swift also walked to the wedding stage to the tunes of one of her songs in a string arrangement, while the party’s decorations were inspired by an atmosphere that combines “Alice in Wonderland” and “The Wizard of Oz.”
