Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are expected to have a big wedding party on Friday.
But the star couple has already secretly married in an intimate ceremony, sources tell Page Six.
For weeks, there has been speculation about the upcoming wedding between the pop star Taylor Swift36, and the NFL player Travis Kelce36. The event will take place in Madison Square Garden in New York and around 1,000 guests are expected to attend.
Since before, American media have written about the fact that they will probably get married tomorrow, Friday. But now sources say Page Six that they are already spouses. They are said to have said yes to each other at a ceremony with only the closest circle, writes the site.
Get married – in Tennessee?
It is unclear when and where it happened. However, Swift’s private plane has made quite a few telling stops in the past week, according to a site that tracks the aircraft’s movements. On Sunday, the plane took off from Nashville and landed in Philadelphia, where Kelce’s father lives, Page Six reports. His brother and family also live in Pennsylvania. Then it went on to Tampa where Swift’s father lives.
It then returned to Nashville, Tennessee. Only last Tuesday did the private plane move to New York. A source tells Page Six there have been rumors that the couple got married in a small ceremony in Tennessee.
Huge preparations
For weeks, the American media has been reporting on the upcoming wedding party at Madison Square Garden. Lots of celebrities are said to be on the guest list and there is believed to be a massive security effort at the arena. According to information, the police bill will land on SEK 1.5 million.
Swift and Kelce reportedly rented the classic indoor arena for three nights at an estimated cost of SEK 9.5 million per evening. So far, however, the protagonists have neither denied nor confirmed that a wedding is in the works.
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have been together since 2023 and got engaged last August.
