3,000 aid workers to Venezuela

After last week’s strong earthquake, around 3,000 international aid workers are now on the ground in Venezuela, according to the UN’s crisis coordination team, Undac.

In total, there are 53 search and rescue teams looking for survivors from the disaster.

During Wednesday, authorities in the country stated that at least 2,295 people have died. Thousands are still missing.
