Sofia found lots of four-leaf clovers on her walk in Ulricehamn.
Now she hopes that Sweden wins tonight.
– It might bring a little extra luck, she says.
When Sofia, 47, took a walk in Ulricehamn earlier today, she made an unusual discovery.
Along the Blue Path walking path, she saw a large number of four-leaf clovers.
– First I found a few and picked them, because it’s a bit of fun. I usually laminate them and give them away to friends, but I’ve never found this many before, she says.
In total, she counted 118 four-leaf clovers – but there were also regular three-leaf clovers, and five- and six-leaf clovers.
– There are probably several left because I don’t think I found them all. They grew up in the same area, she says.
Sofia says that she is usually lucky with both weather and wins – and now she hopes that the unusual and lucky plant will bring extra luck tonight, when Sweden meets France in the round of 16.
– The highest wish right now. We are really football fans the whole family. They are wearing yellow and blue shirts here and we will sit in front of the TV and cheer tonight, she says.
If Sweden wins tonight, maybe we should thank you too?
– Haha, it’s probably the players we have to thank in that case.
