The Israeli military claims to have killed several “armed terrorists” in southern Syria.
The operation must have taken place on Saturday in the part of southern Syria where Israel has military forces in a self-proclaimed so-called security zone.
Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz said on Saturday that the intention is that the Israeli forces will remain in both Syria, Lebanon and Gaza “indefinitely”.
