It is with the boyfriend, or rather the fiance, Montel McKenzie that the Leicester player shares the news.
On Instagram sharing photos of the proposal where McKenzie gets down on one knee in front of a visibly surprised Lehmann, before the pair hug and show off their rings.
Engaged after a year
The 27-year-old striker is one of the world’s biggest female footballers in terms of social media followers, and has long attracted a lot of attention even off the pitch.
Fiancé McKenzie is, in turn, mainly known for his participation in British Love Island. The relationship between them was made public earlier this year.
During his career, Lehmann has represented several big clubs such as West Ham, Aston Villa and Juventus. The 27-year-old also has over 60 caps for the Swiss national team.
