Saibari had led his country to victory over Scotland with a stunning goal after just one minute and 10 seconds, scoring the fastest Arab goal in the history of the World Cup.
Saibari continued his brilliance in the World Cup, after he had opened his scoring tally in the tournament from the Brazilian goal in the first round.
Saibari is close to joining the German giant Bayern Munich, which will reward what he did whether with PSV Eindhoven last season, or in the current World Cup tournament.
