Harper Beckham visited Brooklyn Beckham’s home in Los Angeles in an attempt to resolve the infected family feud.
But it didn’t go as planned – and now Brooklyn Beckham responds with an accusation against his parents.
“This was staged for the cameras,” says a spokesperson for the celebrity son.
On Friday was caught Harper Beckham14, daughter of Victoria and David Beckhampictured trying to visit her brother Brooklyn Beckham27, in Los Angeles. According to Page Six she arrived unannounced and left just seconds later. She never met her brother or his wife Nicola Peltz31, because no one was home at the time. However, she is said to have handed over a handwritten letter.
Shortly after the American media wrote about Harper’s greeting, Brooklyn shared a picture that showed him jogging in Central Park in New York. And the measure hardly brought the family closer – rather the opposite.
In a statement, Brooklyn Beckham is once again tough on his parents, writes Page Six.
“The fact that photographers were already on site when the letter was hand-delivered says it all – this was staged for the cameras,” said a spokesperson for the Beckham son.
Infected conflict
The visit takes place about six months after Brooklyn Beckham in a post on Instagram broke the silence about the family feud. Among other things, he has accused his parents of not supporting his relationship, claiming that they mainly care about the Beckham brand.
“I don’t want to reconcile with my family. I’m not being controlled, I’m standing up for myself for the first time in my life,” he wrote, among other things.
The crack must have started to take form as early as 2022 in connection with the wedding between Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz. Due to the conflict, Brooklyn has cut off contact with her parents.
He was the only one in the family who did not attend when David Beckham inaugurated his star on the Walk of Fame in Hollywood on Friday.
