The man surreptitiously filmed about ten women in a home spa and spread the videos online. Now the Court of Appeal toughens the sentence and sentences the man to pay millions in damages.

The surreptitiously recorded material was spread on online forums by the man, who confessed to the crime.
“Such publication has taken place for a long time and it has always involved a large number of views,” writes the Court of Appeal in its judgment.
The procedure was discovered when a relative of one of the filmed women raised the alarm in 2022.
