It was at the premiere of the concert film “The Lifetimes Tour – live from Paris” – and after the screening, the superstar opened up to the audience.
“Love of my life”
She said that the 2025 tour year changed her and that today she is “very much in love”, according to Us Magazine. The Paris gigs in November of that year, which form the basis of the film, came after she met Trudeau.
Perry then described him as “the love of my life” and explained that the meeting made her more grounded. She likened herself to a “rainbow kite” flying high and said she had finally found her anchor.
At the same time, 2025 was one of the darkest years of her life. During the question and answer session, she said that she went through “a hell of a lot” and that some days were “really, really, really tough”, according to Us Magazine.
Separated
Perry and Orlando Bloom49, confirmed their separation in July 2025. They have daughter Daisy Dove5, together.
Trudeau announced his separation from his former wife Sophie Grégoire Trudeau already in August 2023.
After the world tour, Perry describes herself as “different now” and says that turning 40 is about not caring as much about the emotional storms. She stated in front of the audience that everyone must “walk through their own fire” – but that she herself has now come out on the other side.
