Robbie Ure, 22, has been a key player during Sirius’ successful year.

The question is how long the club can keep their attacking star.

– We will see what happens in the coming months, says the 22-year-old.

Two more Robbie Ure goals paved the way for Sirius’ 3–0 victory against AIK. The Scot now has seven goals scored in the Allsvenskan and the striker is tied for second in the scoring league when Sirius now goes on hiatus.

But whether Ure will remain when the Allsvenskan starts again is unclear. While the AIK match was being played, British journalist Ben Jacobs stated that Ure is ready to leave the club, and that English, French and Portuguese clubs are interested.

– I’m a Sirius player now, so we’ll see what happens in the coming months. “But if you ask any player about the opportunity to go to the next level, it’s interesting for everyone,” Ure said after the win.

A memory for life

After a historically good start to the Allsvenskan, Sirius is the clear league leader and the chance to win the title may affect what happens this summer.

– I’ve been thinking about it for the last few weeks, the chance to win something… It’s something you should remember for the rest of your life and something you have to think about. There are pros and cons to everything. We’ll see what happens.

The, to say the least, positive table position is also something that team captain Henrik Castegren hopes will play a role when it comes to the future of his teammates.

If you get to decide, will everyone stop and take the gold?

– Yes, I said it a bit jokingly that I’m going to put a lock on them so that they don’t leave Studan this summer, says Castegren.

Sports director: “Pass”

Because Ure is not the only Sirius player who has attracted great interest. Among other things, Isak Bjerkebo has also been rumored to leave Uppsala.

– I know that clubs have contacted my agent, but I didn’t want to know which ones. I’ll find out in a few days. If something great comes along, I will want to take it, says Bjerkebo.

And at least one player learns, despite Castegren’s “lock”, to leave.

– I find it difficult to see that we have a summer window where we don’t make a single transfer, states the sporting director Jonathan Ederström.

Have you already received a concrete offer for any player?

– Passport.
