Manchester City took the lead in the English Premier League, ahead of Arsenal on goal difference, after defeating its host Burnley 1-0, which dropped from the English Premier League to the Champions League yesterday, Wednesday.
City raised its score to 70 points, with a goal difference over Arsenal, which plays Newcastle next Saturday in Round 34, noting that Spanish coach Pep Guardiola’s team has a postponed match from Round 31 with Crystal Palace, which it will play next May 22, before the final round.
