New York prosecutors drop rape charges against movie mogul Harvey Weinstein.
The reason is that the actor who accuses him cannot bear to testify a fourth time.
The case involves allegations by an actor who claims that Harvey Weinstein raped her in a hotel in 2013.
Prosecutors announced Thursday that they will not retry Harvey Weinstein on rape charges against the actor, after the trial was dismissed in May.
However, the prosecutor goes further and demands 20 years in prison for another sexual assault against another woman. That judgment has been postponed until the negotiations regarding the actor were completed.
