“Bianca is still single”.
That’s the greeting Pernilla Wahlgren wants Thomas Stenström to take with him to the national team when he goes to the USA.
– I think she thinks it’s perfect to have a mother who is a wingman, she tells Aftonbladet.
“Allsång på Skansen” premiered for the summer on Tuesday evening. And it became a clear football theme. They know you sang the rhyme “Kanna på” and Thomas Stenström played the official WC song “Live forever”.
Stenström also announced that he will soon go to the United States to follow the championship on site. When the presenter Pernilla Wahlgren found out, she asked him to deliver a greeting to the national team:
– Bianca is still single.
Looking for Swedish WC singles
After the broadcast, she jokes that Bianca probably thinks it is “perfect to have a mother who is a wingman”.
– She is happy to be together with a football player. That would be great, she says.
Do you think the greeting will be successful?
– I have such a bad idea. Are there any singles? Han Jurk… Görkeres (Gyökeres eds note)? Is he single? Okay, he’s not single? No, lucky it. Bianca Gyökeres? Well. But if there are any singles, they are welcome to get in touch. To Bianca that is, certainly not to me.
Got healthy for the premiere
Before the Allsångs premiere, there was otherwise a fear of how sick Wahlgren would be, because in the podcast “Wahlgren and Wistam” she talked about getting sick and suffering from a sore throat.
But she managed to recover in time.
– I took care of myself and got healthy perfectly in time for the live broadcast, she says.
The illness did not significantly affect the preparations.
– No more than that I really took it easy and was at home and that’s good for me because I’m a duracell rabbit.
