“Stockholm in my heart” can be deleted from the intro in “Allsång på Skansen”.

The classic song “Stockholm i mitt hjärta” has opened “Allsång på Skansen” for many years.
But this year there may be a change in that matter.
To Aftonbladet says Pernilla Wahlgren that the editors discussed whether the song should be completely removed from the program, but concluded that it will remain, just not always at the beginning.
– Every year you talk about whether you can renew the program in some way and then it came up, should you change the song? I was against it, I love “Stockholm i mitt hjärta”, it is a signature melody you associate so strongly with “Allsång på Skansen” that you want to hear it. But we might start the program a little differently each time, so you never really know when it will come, she says.
“Stockholm in my heart” was written off Lasse Berghagen and has opened the program since 1994, with a few exceptions.
“Allsång på Skansen” premieres on SVT on June 23.
