Half-time performances are nothing unusual in American sports, and when the world’s biggest sporting event is to be decided in the USA, the custom is taken where it comes from.
It has already been clear that star artists Madonna, Shakira and the K-pop group BTS will perform during the intermission of the World Cup final. Now another well-known name has been added to the list.
The Canadian artist Justin Bieber will also be part of the show.

A total of seven artists
In addition to the show’s four mentioned headliners Burna Boy, Gustavo Dudamel and PS22 Chorus will also perform. The latter act, a youth choir, will take the stage together with the band Coldplay, whose frontman Chris Martin has been involved in directing the show.
