Here is Hammarby’s next new acquisition.
According to Sportbladet’s information, Bajen has now finalized Waylon Renecke from FC Copenhagen, who is expected to be presented shortly if nothing unforeseen happens.
It was during yesterday that Sportbladet was able to reveal that Hammarby negotiated with FC Copenhagen regarding 20-year-old centre-back Waylon Renecke.
The left-footed centre-back, who has 16 youth caps for England and South Africa, made his first impression in Swedish football last autumn when he was loaned to Örgryte.
Renecke has been on loan to Esbjerg, who wanted to extend the loan, but now instead Bajen buys the player from FCK.
All parties agree on a deal and if nothing unforeseen happens, Renecke is expected to be presented as Hammarby’s next signing in the near future. Probably already within a week.
Waylon Renecke’s contract with FC Copenhagen expires in one year.
