Utsiktens BK’s financial troubles are getting worse.

Now the club has been asked for bankruptcy – by the former player Alexander Falsetas.

– We have problems with liquidity, says treasurer Kristoffer Dennerbrant.

Last year Utsikten went out of the super league and the sporting situation looks at least as bad this year. After 14 games played, the club is last in Division One South, where they have collected just four points.

Now the problems outside the field are also growing.

The club has been filed for bankruptcy by its former player, Alexander Faltsetas, reports GP. The reason is that Falsetas – like several other former players – has not received all of his salary from the club.

– I look after all my old players and they know what I think. I want to do the right thing and the players should of course have their salaries, says Ingemar Lundin, chairman of Utsikten Fotboll AB – against whom the bankruptcy claim is directed – to the newspaper.

“Want nothing more”

According to the club’s treasurer and sporting manager, Kristoffer Dennerbrant, the club is doing everything it can to get the finances on the right side. Among other things, the players can go to the matches in their own car.

– Our intention is to do the right thing and pay the wages we owe. We want nothing more. But we have problems with liquidity and we have been quite open about that. I really want everyone to understand, including the players, that we prioritize this first and foremost, says Dennerbrant.
