She is suspected of injuring a man, a child and blowing off the legs of a woman.

On Monday evening, a bag was placed at the entrance to a residential building.

The suspect had been spying on Ukrainian oligarch Vadym Yermolayev and his family for several days.

At 9 p.m., she starts following them in the Place des Moulins area. There she walks 10 meters ahead of them and places the bag towards the family’s apartment building.

Footage from surveillance cameras shows that the woman is wearing a large black hat, a black vest, white pants and white sneakers, reports Le Figaro.

13-year-old boy injured

A man and a woman were seriously injured in the explosion. The woman’s name is Anna Nasobina and is Vadym Jermolajev’s wife.

She had both legs blown off in the explosion, according to the channel. Her condition is described as critical.

A 13-year-old boy is also slightly injured.

Vadym Yermolayev is Ukraine’s 45th richest person. The police have not yet confirmed any motive behind the attack.

But sources tell the channel that they are investigating two main tracks: organized crime or foreign actors.

The suspected woman is neither in Monaco nor France, according to information to the channel. But the police suspect that she fled to a country in Europe.

The Monegasque judiciary has therefore requested international assistance in the investigation.

According to Le Figaro, the suspect is a woman in her 30s. She is from Ukraine and has lived in Germany for some time.

She has been identified by the police and is internationally wanted, according to Monaco-Matin.
