On Tuesday is the premiere of “Allsång på Skansen” and it is Pernilla Wahlgren who will lead the song. But the preparations have hit a snag. The presenter has fallen ill.
In the podcast “Wahlgren and Wistam” it is clear that Pernilla Wahlgren is hoarse. She also admits that she is “very excited” before the sing-along.
– The thing is that I’ve been sick now, this is probably the fourth day, and I’ve had a doctor check me because I thought it was strep throat. I’ve had such a sore throat, she says.
“Don’t drink wine”
However, tests showed that it was not strep throat. Therefore, she cannot treat the disease with penicillin either.
– When it’s a virus, it’s so much more difficult.
Pernilla Wahlgren is worried about how the cold will affect her vocal cords. But she has a clear plan for how she will be ready for the all-singing premiere.
– I’m not going to meet anyone, I’m not going to hang out with people, I’m not going to drink wine. I’m not going to have fun. I’ll just study text and be quiet.
