Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding could be a gigantic event.
According to TMZ, the superstars have booked Madison Square Garden and invited over 1,000 guests.
Taylor Swift35, and Travis Kelce, 35, planning a wedding that resembles an arena show more than a traditional nuptials.
According to TMZ the couple have booked the legendary arena Madison Square Garden in New York on July 3 – and over 1,000 people are on the guest list.
The arena is to be rented for at least three days for construction, the wedding itself and dismantling, the site’s sources state. The bill is expected to land at around SEK 9.5 million per night, and Swift should not have received a discount despite her previous eight sold-out concerts in the arena.
Security planning in progress
Madison Square Garden has no windows and underground parking, making it harder for photographers and fans to catch a glimpse of the party.
There will also be ongoing security planning with both the New York police and private security companies, and parts of the streets around the arena may be closed off during the wedding.
