Legendary Manchester United coach Sir Alex Ferguson tops the list of coaches with the most points in the history of the English Premier League.
Ferguson led Manchester United in 809 Premier League matches since he took over as coach of the Red Devils in November 1986, until his departure at the end of the 2012-2013 season.

In these matches, Ferguson scored 1,752 points, winning 528 matches, while drawing 168 matches, compared to 133 losses, according to data from the famous “Transfer Market” website.
In addition to Ferguson, two other names imposed themselves as coaching legends in the English Premier League, as they were among a rare list that managed to exceed the 1,000-point barrier, according to data from the British network “givemesport”.

French coach Arsene Wenger scored 1,627 points throughout the 22 seasons he spent with Arsenal (1996 until 2018), and Scottish coach David Moyes collected 1,069 points with several clubs: Everton in two spells, Manchester United, West Ham United (two spells), and Sunderland.
Spanish coach Pep Guardiola, who bid farewell to Manchester City last Sunday after 10 seasons spent with the heavenly team, settled in fifth place with 865 points.
As for his compatriot, coach Mikel Arteta, who led Arsenal to win the title in the season ending 2025-2026, he ranks sixteenth with 495 points, which he collected with the Gunners in 6 and a half seasons.
The list of the top twenty coaches included a large number of elite coaches, led by English coach Harry Redknapp, Portuguese Jose Mourinho, German Jurgen Klopp, and Argentine Mauricio Pochettino.
