Real Madrid’s youth team led a strong comeback against its rival Barcelona to win the FIFA Youth Champions Cup for the ninth time in its history, after winning the final 4-1, taking advantage of Barcelona’s numerical deficiency following the expulsion of player Eu Martinez at the beginning of the second half.

This coronation came days after the first team lost the Spanish League title to its rival Barcelona, following its 2-0 defeat in El Clásico at Camp Nou.
The Champions Cup is a tournament that brings together the champions of the seven groups in the Youth League, plus the best runner-up, to determine the Spanish champion for this age group.
This tournament will grant its winner a direct place in the UEFA Youth League for next season.
