A 12-year-old girl is found guilty of having thrown two hand grenades in Borås, Borås newspaper writes. By sheer luck they never detonated.
The incident occurred last November, when two undetonated hand grenades were found outside an apartment building. A VMA was issued and a school in the immediate area was housed. The 12-year-old girl soon became a suspect.
Through conversations and interrogations, it emerged that she had taken it upon herself to carry out an explosion for payment, but that this had failed.
The district court in Borås states in a so-called evidence claim that the girl is guilty of the act, but because she is under 15 years of age, no penalty is imposed.
