OpenAI announced the launch of its new GPT-5.5 model, describing it as “the most intelligent and interactive model” to date. This launch comes a few days after a fundamental update to the image generation system built into GBT Chat, which is called “Images 2.0”, in a step that reflects the accelerating pace of innovation in the artificial intelligence sector.
According to observers, the “GPT 5.5” model represents a qualitative leap in the ability of artificial intelligence to deal with “ambiguity” and carry out complex tasks without extensive human intervention.
