Mia Skäringer and Hampus Nessvold shut down their podcast “Skäringer and Nessvold”.
In the final episode, the duo says they both felt it was time.

For four years and 240 episodes have Hampus Nessvold30, and Mia Skäringer49, podded together.
But the latest episode released on Monday will be their last.

– When you feel that the fridge is starting to be empty.
Hampus Nessvold says that it has felt so good that the listeners have commented many times that their podcast has been like a security.
– Only security when you are at home alone or unwell. So just like putting on to have a family close by type. It feels like many who write have had us like that in their lives and it is an honor, I would say, that we have been allowed to be.
Are on the same track
Mia Skäringer says that she has felt that she has repeated herself and stories and that it hardly feels like she is boiling soup on a nail anymore, but rather that the pot is boiling dry.
– It’s good that we both feel the same. It would have been worse if one had felt that “yes, but now I’m on my way” and the other had leveled off, she says.
– Yes. I don’t feel tired of you. I feel tired of podcasts and what podcasts do to us, perhaps, says Hampus Nessvold and continues:
– And that you get a little stuck in the role of yourself. You are one person, I am one person with you, I am one person here, one here, one here. After all, you are sides of yourself and now you are sort of stuck in a role that you can no longer play.
They both thank their listeners for all their commitment over the years, week after week.
– Even when we have felt that we are running idle, there is still commitment and pep and love, says Hampus Nessvold.
