The Bleus’ game against Iraq was interrupted for over two hours due to heavy rain in Philadelphia – the first delay in the World Cup so far caused by the weather. Their 3-0 win sees them book their spot in the knockout round with a game to spare, while Lionel Messi has broken the record for the most goals scored at the World Cup, with a total of 18 goals since 2006.
