With temperatures of over 40 degrees in some places.

Paris, at 06.30: 28 degrees
We made it through the night heat! Almost everyone I spoke to yesterday found it difficult to fall asleep. And they are right.
In central Poitiers Paris it was already 28 degrees at 06.30.
When we left the hotel at 07:00, you could see that all the joggers in Paris took the opportunity to go for a run. On the streets, the windows of the apartments are wide open. In one, a fan runs at high speed.
Now we will move on to Bordeaux by train from Gare Montparnasse! It is even warmer there than in Paris. The water bottles are unpacked. Allons-y!
