A dead person has been found in the remains after a house fire in a small town outside Hultsfred, the police write on their website.
The alarm about the fire came at 07.30 in the morning and it was initially unclear if there were any people at the address. At 12.40 the police announced that the body of a dead person had been found in the villa.
The person has not yet been identified.
The entire property is cordoned off with security for at least 24 hours, the police write.
