The title fight will be decided in the final round

Moghreb Fes raised its tally to 59 points, two points ahead of RS Berkane, which achieved an away win over Difaa Hassani Jadidi with a score of (3-1), and three points against Raja Athletic, which in turn defeated its host Olympique Safi with two unanswered goals.

Numerical superiority decided the confrontation

The first half of the match between Maghreb Fes and Olympique Dchira ended in a goalless draw, despite the guests completing the match with ten players after Yassine Boughaz was sent off in the last minutes of the first half due to a rough intervention on Adel Al-Rhaili.

The hosts quickly took advantage of the numerical deficiency, as Anas Al-Tahiri opened the scoring in the 51st minute after a pass from Adam Brega inside the penalty area, before Ayman Al-Shabani increased the score with a second goal with a header following a cross from a free kick executed by Hamza Afsal.

A historic title after four decades

Moghreb Fez returned the league title to its coffers after an absence of 41 years, as the team’s last crowning of the competition dates back to the 1984-1985 season.
